Where is the Box Office? And what are the hours?

Please visit the Box Office to pick up Will Call orders, for wristband assistance, to upgrade tickets (if available), or to receive support for tickets purchased through the Ticketmaster Verified Ticket Exchange.

A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.

Box Office Hours:

  • Friday, November 7, 2025: 6pm - 8:30pm 
  • Saturday, November 8, 2025: 10am - 5pm 
  • Sunday, November 9, 2025: 11:30am - 5pm

The box office will be located next to the main entrance on Saturday and Sunday. 

The box office will be located at The Long Center on Friday.
