Help - I never received my wristband

If you never received your wristbands, head to the box office when you arrive at the festival, and we can provide a replacement. Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID.

Please note: We can only assist you if you purchased your wristband directly from our website, Front Gate Tickets, or the Ticketmaster Verified Ticket Exchange.
